“You can choose one of our existing plans, modify an existing plan, provide your own plans, or start from scratch with input from our experienced team.”
Pre-Construction
“During pre-construction we’ll help you determine the overall fit and finish of the home. At this time you will also choose items like flooring & paint color.”
